  • Lie on the floor, bend your knees to form a 90 degrees and your feet flat on the floor (Do not place your legs under any kind)
  • Straight ahead and lay hands on the floor.
  • Slowly lift your body, feel the contraction of the abdominal muscles.
  • Lower your body slowly
