  • Lie on the floor with knees sticking together position and bent 90 degrees
  • Drop both knees to one side (right or left) to the position of the shoulders and back are straight and attached to the floor
  • Cross your hands shoulder
  • Raise the body and move it toward the shoulder opposite the leg
